The person receiving the delivery must be present at the delivery address and must be at least 18 years of age to accept the order.

Our delivery drivers will make reasonable attempts to deliver your order to the specified address. If the delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address information, inability to access the location, or absence of the recipient, we reserve the right to charge the full order amount without providing a refund. 5. Refunds and Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns of food items. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will address any legitimate concerns about order quality or accuracy. Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of order delivery or pickup.
